What you can expect

• Your flights are private unless you publish them, and they stay yours. You can download or delete them at any time.
• The service is provided as it is, with no promise that it will always be available or that it will never lose data. Keep your own copy of anything you care about: the Export page gives you one.

What is expected of you

• Use it to record flights. Do not use public profiles, trip names or links to advertise, to harass anyone, or to publish anything unlawful.
• One person, one account. Keep your password and API tokens to yourself.
• Do not try to get at other people's data or to overload the site.

What an administrator may do

If an account breaks these terms, an administrator may make its public pages private, require a new password, suspend it, or in the end ban or delete it. Each of these is recorded with a reason, and you will be told by email unless the account is plainly spam. A suspended account can still download its data and delete itself.

Administrators can see that an account exists, its email address and how much it holds. They do not look at your flights.

Reporting a problem

Every public profile and shared trip has a link to report it.

These terms describe how the software behaves. Whoever runs this site may add terms of their own.
